This past Saturday was a big day for the kids. They attended their first ever baseball game! It was a pretty nice day - by San Francisco standards - so we headed down the hill to
PacBell Park* to catch the World Series Champion Giants take on the Reds. We assumed the babies might only by good for a few innings (though surprisingly they
lasted longer than Tim Lincecum did that day) so we bought standing room tickets and roamed the outfield arcade. This gave us a great view of
McCovey Cove and The Bay (boats!) while still giving
Bretty his badly needed baseball fix. We're not kidding... he LOVES the game.
Other highlights included the twins' first bus ride (you never forget your first ride on
MUNI), a
hotdog lunch and Maggie's incredibly cool hat. We're not kidding... she LOVES her hat.

Daddy and Little
Papi show their allegiance to the Red
Sox in Giants country:

McCovey Cove. Our usual game seats in
Potrero Hill are off in the distance:
*I know it's been AT&T Park for a few years now, but I've got a limit on the number of corporate named stadiums I'll commit to memory.
