The Big Man

We went to Shayna's birthday party today. Brett got the jumpy house all to himself for a few minutes, and I think they were the best few minutes of his life. He also gave Shayna a big birthday hug at the end of the party.



I also have to post these -- we had strawberries with sour cream/brown sugar dip for dessert the other night, and he insisted on licking his plate clean.

Mommy and Baby; Bunny Rabbits

Brett and Maggie spend inordinate amounts of time playing a game they call "Mommy and Baby," in which Maggie is the Mommy and Brett is the Baby. He whines for her, she feeds him his "baby bottle" (water cup), she cradles him, she sings rock-a-bye baby to him. It's precious. They also use hopping more often than walking as a means of getting around the house. The other night as they hopped around and ate carrots, they got some bunny rabbit ears on top of their heads.
